Payments 4.1 I understand that PRO subscription payments to the 'Service' will be taken automatically on a regular basis and will appear on my statement as Vangard Alliance. I hereby give ResultsTracker.com continuous authority to debit my credit/debit card on that understanding. 4.2 I understand that there may be various subscription promotions applied at the time of subscription and that the fee will revert to the standard rate published at the site at the time stated in the promotion. 4.3 I understand that if I wish to cancel at any time I must do so in writing to ResultsTracker.com at cancel@ResultsTracker.com and will forward my payment receipt including the 'Order' number. (You will automatically receive a receipt from the payment processor whenever any money is taken or a promotion is activated). I understand that should I cancel in the described manner I will receive a confirmation of that cancellation, in writing from ResultsTracker.com. ResultsTracker.com will refund any payments taken from the date of cancellation should it be necessary. Without confirmation of cancellation, in writing, from ResultsTracker.com it cannot be assumed or guaranteed that ResultsTracker.com received the request. 4.4 I understand that on acceptance of my PRO Membership payment I will automatically receive passwords or products giving me access to the information at ResultsTracker.com. 4.5 I understand that if I do not cancel my continuous authority with ResultsTracker.com in the described manner, new passwords or products will be issued/delivered for the requested period and are NON REFUNDABLE. 4.6 I understand that if I sign a ‘Disputed Transaction – Authority Not Given’ document for either an initial single transaction or continuous authority transaction with my credit card company - for whatever reason - and it subsequently transpires my card was not used fraudulently or without my knowledge the following applies: I agree to pay for the subscription/products at the published rate at the time for the period/ammount disputed - plus an initial administration fee of $50 I hereby agree to make the payment within seven days of invoice - I forgo any rights whatsoever to defend this charge plus any costs incurred should it be necessary to recover it through the County Courts/Local or Civil Courts. 4.7 I agree that if I do sign the aforementioned documents (4.6) with my credit card company then I must inform the relevant authorities (police/credit card company etc) at the earliest available opportunity and instruct them to carry out a full investigation into the alleged misuse of my card. 4.8 I understand that I am paying for the information at ResultsTracker.com database and not a membership fee. 4.9 I understand that the refund policy covering all ResultsTracker products states that ResultsTracker will refund 100% of the purchace/subscription cost should the product/service fail to deliver in any way from its description. I understand that to receive a full refund I must demonstrate that after following all published material instructions and taken advice from support the product/service has failed in its description. Exceptions 5.0 Any exceptions to any of the points in ResultsTracker.com terms and conditions are made entirely at their discretion, without prejudice. Accept
